Delivery & Shipping

All completed orders are shipped Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Please note that Shipping transit time is in addition to Production Time.

FoldedColor can ship anywhere in the world to which Federal Express offers service. We offer several Shipping Methods based on the destination. We do require a physical delivery address for all orders and are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. All orders shipped to a California address will be charged the appropriate state sales tax.

Upon order shipment, a status update will be sent via e-mail with a tracking number.

How to calculate your Shipping Method transit time:
When orders are shipped, count the next business day as the first day for shipping method transit time.

Ground - delivery in 1-7 business days, based on distance to the destination
2 Day - delivery in 2 business days
Standard Overnight - delivery next business day in the afternoon
International Ground - delivery typically in 2-7 business days (Canada only)
International Economy - delivery within 5 business days
International Priority - delivery in 1-3 business days
LTL Ground Freight - delivery in 1-7 business days, based on distance to the destination (contiguous U.S. only)

LTL Ground Freight orders are shipped on the FoldedColor FedEx Freight account. In certain cases, alternate carriers may be used for LTL Freight shipments.

If you would like to change or upgrade your Shipping Method while an order is still in Production, you may do so by contacting Customer Service.
